Asha's class awakened a deep knowing of my feminine power and allowed me to channel and express that energy in a fun and sensual way. It was an amazing opportunity to une in and listen for the impulses I had to move and embody the emotions as they moved through me. I left the class feeling like a creative fire had been ignited and it was a beautiful reminder of my own capacity for transformation.

Asha has a very generous spirit of openness and loving kindness that invites trust and vulnerability without which it would be difficult to go deep into the experience. She holds space with a sense of reverence that I really appreciate. And she has a gift for creating beautiful sacred space that made it feel like we were enacting sacred rites in a temple devoted to the divine feminine. She made herself available between sessions and she encouraged sharing our experiences.

As a form of embodied movement expression, Kundalini dance is fabulous. I was at times surprised at the intensity of emotions that were liberated through the dance. Working with the thematic energies of the chakras was very potent and revelatory. If you love to dance, I highly recommend this series as a powerful tool for self discovery. Sharing the space with other sisters created a sense of ‘ we are alone together’, healing, evolving and awakening.

“Home is where the heart is”
Our heart is physically, in our body. Encased within the protective bones of our ribcage with it, is our other most precious life source - our lungs.
These rhythm makers within us hold keys for our vitality, ability to be present, our capacity to self-regulate stress of daily lives and heal illness.
Spiritually, the path of connecting our conscious awareness to the unconscious unfolding how we breathe is a fundamental aspect to ancient yogic science and other ancient eastern medicines & sciences.
Through developing this awareness, we can link to a Consciousness far beyond our human mind.
