Kundalini Dance™ (Chakra Alchemy) is a sacred embodiment practice inviting authentic expression through movement, breath and sound.

Each dance becomes a transformational process of deep presence and self-healing. It is a lightly guided ecstatic dance journey that ables the freedom of ones own bodies expression, with support of guided breathwork tools and movements to open each Chakra (energy center) and clear a channel for Life Energy (Kundalini) to flow more freely through.
